RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES

1. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. There are no refunds on any unused items.

3. Sales Tax will be added to all orders.

4. Customer will be charged for any lost or damaged equipment.

5. Customer is responsible for all equipment rentals from the time of
delivery to the time of return/pick up.

6. All deliveries will be made to the ground floor. There is an additional charge
for orders upstairs, downstairs or that require an elevator.

7. A cleaning fee of 50% will be charged on food preparation items not washed,
equipment must be free of food debris and not repacked in package.

8. All Linen, Chairs & Tables must be free of food and trash.

9. Do not allow candle wax to drip directly onto linen, customer will be
responsible for 100% of replacement cost if this is not followed.

10. Customer will be responsible for 100% of replacement cost if Linen
is returned with cigarette burns or tears .

11. Tables and chairs must be returned free of paint, crayon, ink, and any
other discoloring agents.

12. All orders must be broken down and repackaged or stacked to avoid
a breakdown charge. (This does not apply to heaters, tents & umbrellas)

13. Set up is available for an additional fee.
